Bonus share News: Today another news has come regarding bonus shares. After IGL, another company has announced to give bonus shares to investors. Giving information in the exchange filing, the company has said that "It has been decided to allocate bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1.


The record date for shareholders eligible for this bonus share has been fixed as December 06, 2024. According to the company, shareholders will get one (1) equity share of Rs 1 per share as bonus for one (1) equity share of Rs 1 per share." Keeping in view the prospects of industrial development, the company ventured into the finance industry in the country by investing in shares, real estate, bonds and other instruments. After the company announced the record date for stock split and bonus shares, shares of Consecutive Investments Trading Company Limited closed at 2% lower circuit limit at Rs 84.72 on Friday, with a market capitalization of Rs 67.84 crore.
