Bhadohi News: The problems of Samajwadi Party leaders are increasing in Uttar Pradesh. A big news has come from Bhadohi, where the police has arrested Jaim Beg, son of SP MLA Zahid Beg. In this case, the MLA and his wife are accused of beating, misbehaving and instigating a minor maid to commit suicide. However, in this regard, senior advocate Mazhar Shakeel of the accused SP MLA has directly accused the police of falsely implicating the MLA and his family in the case at the behest of the Yogi government.
A case was registered against the MLA and his wife in the case of suicide of a minor maid at the residence of the SP MLA in Bhadohi Sadar Kotwali police station area. In the investigation of this case, the son of the SP MLA has also been made an accused. The district police told journalists through its official WhatsApp that Jaim Beg alias Sami was arrested and presented in the MP MLA court, where he has been sent to jail in judicial custody for 14 days.
MLA and his wife will be arrested soon.
Apart from Section 108 and Section 143 (4), 143 (5) of the Indian Penal Code (BNS) 2023, a case has been registered under Section 79 of the Juvenile Justice Act 2015, Section 4 and 16 of the Bonded Labor System Abolition Act, 1976. The police media cell said that the investigation of the entire case is still going on keeping in mind all the points in this case. Soon the MLA and his wife will be arrested.
What did the SP MLA's lawyer say?
While talking to journalists, senior advocate of the SP MLA, Mazhar Shakeel, made a big allegation that this is harassment by the Yogi government and the FIR is fake. The MLA's advocate said that the police had picked up the MLA's son 3 days back and when asked, they were saying that they had released him after questioning, but today in a dramatic manner, the police showed his arrest and hurriedly presented him before the MP MLA Court.
Minor maid was freed
Let us tell you that in this case, another minor maid, who used to work at the MLA's house, has also been freed. On the instructions of District Magistrate Vishal Singh, a joint team of Deputy SP along with women police, Child Welfare Committee (CWC), District Probation Officer and Anti-Human Trafficking Unit (AHTU) raided and freed the 15-year-old minor maid.
