A history-sheeter of Basti area is in the headlines these days who sometimes shows off by sitting on the chair of the district officials and sometimes openly tries to kill the witness in his case so that he can escape from the court proceedings. At present, the police is raiding to arrest the accused.

Actually, this entire case is of Revali village of Munderwa police station area where a serious allegation has been leveled against Shamsuddin, a resident and a history sheeter of the police station. Just three days ago, a photo of history sheeter Shamsuddin went viral in which he was seen flaunting his attitude while sitting on the chair of the Executive Engineer of the Public Works Department. After this, a case was registered in the Kotwali police station on the instructions of the SP.

In this case, the police surrendered before the criminal Shamsuddin and did not take any concrete action, as a result of which he reached his village and exactly one day later, i.e. yesterday , he attacked witness Aneesh
and his brother in a serious case like cow slaughter. The video of this attack was captured on mobile phones by the people present nearby, in which it can be clearly seen how history sheeter Shamsuddin, along with one of his companions, is brutally beating witness Aneesh and his brother in the case. It can also be heard in the video that Shamsuddin is also talking about killing Aneesh, however, with the help of the local people, he could not do so, due to which Aneesh's life was saved.

Victim Aneesh alleged that Shamsuddin, a resident of his village and a history sheeter of the police station, is a very clever criminal against whom an FIR of cow slaughter was registered in the year 2017 and he is a witness in this case whose testimony is to be given tomorrow. But to stop him from testifying, Shamsuddin attacked him. Aneesh said that 15 days ago he had met the Additional Superintendent of Police and submitted an application stating that there was a threat to his life and property from Shamsuddin, but the police did not take any action against him.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Rudauli Sanjay Singh said that Shamsuddin is a history sheeter of Munderwa police station who has badly beaten up Anees, a witness in one of his cases. The video of which is going viral on social media. Taking immediate cognizance of this video, the police has registered a case and raids are being conducted to arrest the accused.
