Allahabad High Court: Allahabad High Court has accepted the bail plea of ​​Sandesh, an employee of the demolished hotel of Rajiv Rana, accused of gang war in Bareilly district. This order was given by a single bench of Justice Shriprakash Singh after hearing the arguments of his advocate Sunil Yadav on the bail plea of ​​accused Sandesh.

This famous case is from Izzatnagar police station area of ​​Bareilly. On 22 June, at 6:30 am, a real gang war took place in filmy style at Bajrang Dhaba in Bareilly over the possession of a plot. This gang war took place between the Rajiv Rana group, an associate of former BJP MLA Rajesh Mishra alias Pappu Bharatoul, and the marble businessman Aditya Upadhyay group from the other side. 

 

In the incident of firing, the police had registered a case against four people of Rajiv Rana's group and 20 to 25 associates and many unknown people including Aditya Upadhyay, Abhiraj and their watchman from the other side. Whereas, Aditya Upadhyay's servant Rohit Sharma had lodged an FIR against 11 people including former BJP MLA Rajesh Mishra alias Pappu Bharatoul, his associate Rajiv Rana and about 150 unknown people.

 

Builder Rajiv Rana's two buildings were bulldozed


Petitioner's advocate Sunil Yadav argued that the accused is a waiter in the hotel of businessman Rajiv Rana. Police picked him up from the hotel and showed his arrest from Pilibhit Road by showing fake recovery of a knife. The arrest report was signed in the court premises. The petitioner is neither named nor his role is shown. 

In this case, many people including Rajiv Rana, a close aide of the MLA, have been sent to jail so far. After sealing the hotel of the accused builder Rajiv Rana, bulldozer action was also taken. Two buildings were demolished while notices have been issued for two more buildings.
