Bandra East MLA Zeeshan Siddiqui said that he and his family want justice. Zeeshan Siddiqui also appealed that his father's death should not be politicized and his murder should not go in vain.

After the murder of Baba Siddiqui, the security of Salman Khan's Bandra residence Galaxy Apartment has been increased. The police have advised him not to go to crowded places.

Lookout circular against Lonkar

Mumbai Police on Thursday issued a lookout circular (LOC) against absconding accused Shubham Lonkar in the murder case of NCP leader Baba Siddiqui. According to the police, the search for the accused in the case is continuing. Mumbai Crime Branch has arrested 4 accused so far and three accused are still absconding and the police are searching for them.

Mumbai Police on Tuesday gave information about the conspiracy to murder Baba Siddiqui and said that the plan to murder Baba Siddiqui had started 3 months ago, the accused had gone to Baba Siddiqui's house several times without weapons.

According to the information received from Mumbai Crime Branch, the entire planning of Baba Siddiqui's murder was done in Pune. Police said that Mumbai Crime Branch has recorded the statements of more than 15 people so far.

Harish used to work as a middleman

According to the police, the fourth accused arrested in the Siddiqui murder case, Harish, worked as a middleman. Arrested accused Praveen and Shubham Lonkar (absconding accused) had given Rs 2 lakh to the arrested shooters Gurmail Singh and Dharamraj Kashyap and this money was delivered through the fourth accused Harish.
