New Delhi. Important alert for candidates interested in government jobs of Junior Engineer in Uttar Pradesh. Applications are being invited by the Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) for recruitment to the posts of Junior Engineer (Civil) in various departments of the UP government. According to the notification issued by the Commission on 7 March 2024, candidates willing to join this selection process (UPSSSC JE Recruitment 2024) for recruitment to a total of more than 4 thousand posts can apply till the last date of 7 June. In such a situation, the candidates who have not applied yet, should submit their application by today i.e. Friday.

UPSSSC Recruitment 2024: How to apply

Candidates willing to apply for recruitment to the posts of Junior Engineer (Civil) advertised by Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) can apply through the online application form provided on the official website of the commission, upsssc.gov.in. During the application, the prescribed fee of Rs 25 has to be paid through online means, which is the same for candidates of all categories.

UPSSSC Recruitment 2024: Most vacancies in PWD

According to the Junior Engineer (Civil) Recruitment (UPSSSC JE Recruitment 2024) notification issued by UPSSSC, a total of 4016 posts are to be recruited. Out of these, the maximum 1092 vacancies have been released for Uttar Pradesh Public Works Department (UP PWD). Similarly, 765 posts have been advertised for Rural Engineering Department, 693 posts for Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam (Rural). UPSSSC Recruitment 2024: Who can apply?

To apply for the recruitment of Uttar Pradesh Junior Engineer (Civil) (UPSSSC JE Recruitment 2024) being done by UPSSSC, candidates must have passed high school examination and have a three-year diploma in civil engineering. Apart from this, candidates must have obtained a valid score in the preliminary qualifying examination conducted by the commission. The age of the candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 40 years.
