Amanatullah Khan ED Raid News: ED officials reached the residence of Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanatullah Khan from Okhla assembly seat of Delhi at 7 am to question him. During this, ED officials also had a heated argument with MLA Amanatullah Khan. He has posted a video of this incident on Instagram. 

In his video, AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan is seen telling the ED officer that in the case for which you have come here, I had asked for four weeks' time due to my mother-in-law's ill health. Despite this, you came to arrest me. 

If not arrest, then what have you come to do?

In response to this, the ED official said, 'How do you know that I have come to arrest you?' On this, the AAP MLA said, 'Then what have you come to do? My mother-in-law has undergone an operation. She is on bed. She is suffering from cancer. Anything can happen at any time. In such a situation, what have you come to search? I don't have money for expenses in my house. What is there in this three-room house that you have come to search? You have searched it earlier also.'

Shortly after this, the ED deputy director reached there with the SHO. The SHO asked Amanatullah, why don't you meet them? In response to this, he said, 'SHO sahab! Whenever ED called me, I went to them. My mother-in-law has cancer. She is a serious patient. If the ED deputy director sahab takes the responsibility that nothing will happen to him after arresting me, I am ready to go.'

On this, the ED deputy director said that you are disturbing them by raising your voice from inside the door. Why are you calling me inside? You come out yourself, I will interrogate you. 

On this, the AAP MLA said that the ED has already spoken to me about the matter in which you have come for questioning. The CBI has also questioned me in this case. What is left now?

ED had arrived for questioning in this matter

In fact, in a corruption case, CBI had registered a case against Amanatullah Khan in 2016. After a long investigation of six years, CBI said that Amanatullah Khan did not take any bribe. In the same case, ACB had first registered a case. Then ED registered a case. When Amanatullah Khan got bail from ACB, it was also said that no evidence of bribery was found against Amanatullah Khan. In the same case, ED's Deputy Director along with his team has reached the residence of AAP MLA for questioning.
