Air India passengers will now be able to track their luggage by scanning the baggage tag. Air India has introduced an AI-based feature called AEYE Vision in its mobile app.
With its help, passengers will be able to get information about the loading, unloading of the bag and its readiness for pick-up at the baggage claim. Passengers can also get information about flight details, boarding pass by scanning the code on the ticket, boarding pass or baggage tag.
With its help, food options can also be selected and passengers can choose the food of their choice. This feature is based on Artificial Intelligence or AI-based computer vision technology. Air India is planning to add more features like baggage dimension check, passport scan etc. in its mobile app in the coming months.
