
Agra News: An accident occurred during parajumping in Agra in which a soldier died. Soldiers jumped from an aircraft in the drop zone of Agra in which one soldier died because his parachute did not open. 12 soldiers jumped from the Air Force aircraft, out of which 11 soldiers landed successfully, while 1 soldier was not found. When the Air Force officials and police started the search, soldier Manjunath was found fallen in a wheat field. Soldier Manjunath was immediately taken to the hospital where the doctor declared him dead. The deceased soldier Manjunath was a resident of Karnataka.
In fact, 12 soldiers jumped from an aircraft in Malpura Parajumping Zone of Agra on Friday. The soldiers who jumped from the aircraft had to land using parachutes, 11 soldiers successfully landed on the ground through parachutes but the parachute of one Manjunath did not open due to which he fell directly into the wheat field. Army officers also reached there on receiving the information. On receiving the information of this case, the police took the Panchayatnama action and sent the body of the soldier for post-mortem.

On this matter, ACP Saiya Devesh Kumar told that an information was received at Malpura police station that out of the 12 soldiers who jumped from the aircraft, 1 soldier was missing, on which a search was done and Manjunath was found in the wheat field, who died. The body has been sent for post-mortem. Also, further action is being taken in this case.
