Adani Energy Solution, a company of the Adani Group, said that it has formed a new subsidiary, which will be named Adani Energy Solutions Global. In an exchange filing, the company said, "Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) has formed a wholly-owned subsidiary Adani Energy Solutions Global Limited." The company said that its objective is to explore new business opportunities in transmission projects outside India.

Adani Energy Solutions (Adani Transmission Limited) reported a loss of Rs 823.92 crore for the June quarter, while the company had a profit of Rs 361.44 crore in the March quarter. In the same quarter last year, the company had a profit of Rs 175.06 crore.

Recently, the company had informed that Adani Green Energy and Adani Energy Solutions have joined the Utilities for Net Zero Alliance. The Utilities for Net Zero Alliance (UNEZA) was established with the adoption of the UAE Declaration of Action at COP28.

Stock Performance

On Friday, the company's stock closed at Rs 964, down 5.10 per cent. In the last one year, the company's stock has seen a gain of 19.29 per cent. The 52-week high of the stock is Rs 1,348.
