A heart-wrenching incident has come to light from Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh. Actually, a wedding was going on at a place in the state, when a young man went to congratulate the bride and groom on the stage and during this he suddenly suffered a cardiac arrest and died.

The video related to the incident is also going viral on social media, in the video a person was seen giving a gift to a couple on the stage. During this, his health deteriorated and he died.

The young man used to work in Amazon company

Let us tell you that the name of the young man is being told as Vamsi and he works with e-tailer Amazon in Bangalore. He had come to Penumada village of Kurnool to attend his friend's wedding.

What happened on stage?

While the groom was opening the shiny wrapper after giving the gift, Vamsi slowly leaned to the left and bystanders saved him from falling. He was rushed to the Dhone City Government Hospital, where doctors said he passed away.

According to medical experts, cases of young deaths due to cardiac arrest in gyms and other unexpected places are on the rise. Dr Ravi Gupta, consultant cardiologist at Wockhardt Hospital, Mumbai Central, cites diabetes, sedentary lifestyle, air pollution, stress, heavy workouts and steroids as the reasons for the rise in heart attacks among youngsters.

Why does cardiac arrest occur?

According to him, Indians are often at risk of heart attack and this risk has increased even more due to adopting the western lifestyle. Many reasons have come to light for the increase in heart attacks among the youth. Factors such as excessive stress, consumption of junk food, obesity, BP, sugar, lack of physical activity are causing heart attack and cardiac arrest.

Family history can also be a cause of these diseases. To avoid heart diseases, people should improve their lifestyle, take a healthy diet and do regular exercise.
