He had come to get treatment from eye specialist Dr. D.K. Rai, but when the doctor was not available, he tried to get information from the eye examination officer Rohit present there. On this, the officer sitting there under the influence of alcohol not only used obscene language, but also abused him and threatened to kill him. During the incident, women were also present in the hospital, in front of whom obscene language was used.

When a local media person reached the spot after hearing the noise of commotion and wanted to know the reason for the dispute, the eye test officer got into a fight with him as well. The journalist was also misbehaved with. The victim Krishnakant has alleged that the eye test officer was on duty in a drunken state, due to which he crossed all limits.
The accused threatened to implicate him in a false case.
The victim Krishnakant raised the question that when a BJP official can be treated like this, what would be the condition of common patients. He said that he was abused and misbehaved with and was also threatened to be implicated in a false case. He has demanded strict action against the accused.
Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the victim made a written complaint to CMS Dr. Pawan Agarwal, on which Dr. Agarwal said that the matter will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken if found guilty. While the accused eye testing officer Rohit has denied the allegations. However, this incident has raised questions on the functioning of the health department. At the same time, the victim has warned that if justice is not received at the local level, a complaint will be made to the Chief Minister.
