
Raipur Firing News: In Chhattisgarh's capital Raipur, a constable shot an ASI in a mutual dispute in the camp of the 38th battalion of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP). ASI Devendra Singh Dahiya died on the spot in this firing. The accused constable Saroj Kumar is a resident of Bihar. The police has started investigating the whole matter.
In Chhattisgarh's capital Raipur, a constable of the Indo-Tibetan Border Security Force shot and killed an ASI. The constable fired a total of 18 bullets at the ASI from his INSAS rifle, out of which one hit the ASI's head and the remaining 17 bullets hit his chest. The accused constable has been arrested.
The incident is said to have taken place at 9 am on Monday. According to the information, during the parade, ASI Devendra Singh Dahiya scolded constable Saroj Kumar. Due to which the angry constable opened fire on ASI Devendra Singh.
According to the police, during the morning parade, the ASI scolded the accused constable, due to which the constable started firing continuously at the ASI with his INSAS rifle. In the firing by the constable, one bullet hit the ASI on the forehead and the remaining 17 bullets hit the chest. Due to which the seriously injured ASI died on the spot. As soon as the information of the incident was received, the Kharera police station reached the spot and arrested the accused constable. During this time, top officials of ITBP 38th Battalion also reached the spot.
