Hyderabad. A case of alleged rape of a 24-year-old software engineer has come to light in Hyderabad. Police have registered an FIR in this case and started an investigation. Police said that all efforts are being made to catch the accused.
The woman had gone to the restaurant to throw a party
A woman went to a restaurant with her childhood friend on Monday night to celebrate her new job. Here both of them drank alcohol, after which her childhood friend took her to a room and raped her in an intoxicated state. Later, a familiar friend also raped her.
Police registered a case.
Police said that the complaint states that after the rape, the woman's childhood friend and a familiar friend left the spot, and the woman later called her brother and informed him about it. He said that an FIR had been registered in this case on the woman's complaint. He said that the police are investigating the matter further, and efforts are on to nab the accused.
