Brussels: United Kashmir People's National Party (UKPNP) president Jamil Maqsood has alleged that citizens of occupied Jammu and Kashmir are being continuously killed in Pakistan. A recent such incident has come to light in Rawalpindi.
He claimed that such heinous incidents are being carried out by the police. This is repression, human rights violation and anarchy against the people of occupied Jammu and Kashmir. He said that the failure of the Pakistan government to establish the rule of law here and to provide security to the people is not only a sign of the government's incompetence but also a deliberate neglect of human rights.

He said that the people of occupied Jammu and Kashmir have suffered for decades under oppressive conditions and this latest incident is another example of Pakistan's failure to protect the rights of its most vulnerable communities. People living here are being deliberately targeted.
Maqsood has appealed to international human rights organizations to take cognizance of such violations. Also, Pakistan should be held responsible for such incidents.
