News Topical, Digital Desk : Waaree Energies informed after the stock market closed on Friday that its wholly owned subsidiary Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited (WFEPL) has formed a new wholly owned subsidiary Hydro Bloom Energy Private Limited. The company has been incorporated on December 18, 2025 and its Certificate of Incorporation has been received by the company today. The company said in the exchange filing that Hydro Bloom Energy Private Limited has been formed specifically for the purpose of facilitating and holding certain power projects under the IPP (Independent Power Producer) framework.

Waaree Forever Energies Private Limited will hold 100% stake in this new entity. Hydro Bloom Energy Private Limited has been registered with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. Currently, this new subsidiary has not commenced its business operations. According to the company, this move is part of the Waaree Group's strategy to further strengthen its presence in the power and renewable energy segments. 

Share Performance: The company's shares were listed on the NSE's futures and options list, following which the stock closed at ₹3,057 on Friday, up 6.20%. Over the past year, the company's shares have gained 0.59%.
