Under the scheme, it is proposed to provide interest-free loans up to Rs. 1 lakh in three phases to eligible women to start their own businesses, expand existing businesses, and establish small enterprises. Describing the role of the support cadre as crucial in the implementation of the scheme, the proposed incentive amount of Rs. 250 per application was mentioned.
