Continuing his rigorous district tour schedule with a strong blend of spiritual devotion and administrative action, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath arrived in Barabanki on Monday straight from his helipad landing to offer prayers at the historic Lord Lodheshwar Mahadev Temple. Demonstrating deep reverence, the Chief Minister personally performed the ritualistic Rudrabhishek, meticulously following traditional worship sequences by offering sacred garments and fragrances to Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva. Accompanied by Minister of State Satish Sharma and prominent local BJP leaders, the visit marked the official launch of a massive infrastructural and spiritual transformation package for the region.

Unveiling 82 Development Projects Worth Rs 542.41 Crore for Ramnagar and Dariyabad

Following his spiritual sojourn at the temple, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath spearheaded a mega inauguration and foundation-laying ceremony, dedicating 82 development projects worth a combined ₹542.41 crore to the residents of Barabanki. The comprehensive welfare and infrastructure drive is strategically split across the Ramnagar and Dariyabad assembly constituencies, embodying the core governance philosophy of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas. Out of the total tally, foundation stones were laid for 56 projects valued at approximately ₹409.09 crore, while 28 completed projects worth around ₹133.31 crore were formally inaugurated for public use.

Constituency-Wise Breakdown and Mega Corridor Progress Review

A closer look at the developmental distribution reveals targeted regional growth, with the Dariyabad assembly area receiving 46 projects valued at ₹260.12 crore (encompassing 34 new foundation stones and 12 inaugurations), and the Ramnagar assembly constituency securing 36 projects worth ₹282.28 crore (covering 22 foundation stones and 14 completed works). During his extensive site inspection, the Chief Minister personally reviewed the construction progress of the ambitious Shri Lodheshwar Mahadev Temple Corridor. He also evaluated large-scale security and logistical arrangements ahead of the upcoming Shravan month pilgrimage fair, inspected departmental exhibition stalls showcasing local government schemes, and held high-level coordination meetings with regional public representatives and administrative officials.
