Broccoli  

Broccoli is also like cauliflower, in which dust and germs easily accumulate. Eating it during monsoon can cause stomach upset. Therefore, try not to eat broccoli and do not eat raw or lightly steamed broccoli at all.

During the rainy season, you can eat vegetables like bottle gourd, ridge gourd, tinda, pumpkin, parwal and ladyfinger. These are light and easily digestible vegetables.
