News Topical, Digital Desk : Prime Minister Narendra Modi's style was different at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Summit held in Tianjin, China, which had a clear message about who is India's close friend and who is not.

Hugging Russian President Vladimir Putin, shaking hands with Chinese President Xi Jinping, patting the back of Turkish President Erdogan and not even looking at Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif - all these gestures in themselves say a lot.

PM Modi and Putin were together in the car for 45 minutes

The closeness between PM Modi and Putin was the most visible thing in the summit. Both the leaders arrived together in the same car. According to the information, Putin waited for PM Modi for about 10 minutes and then both of them sat in the car and talked for 45 minutes. Later, their bilateral meeting also lasted for more than an hour.

Apart from this, PM Modi and Putin were also seen laughing and joking on many occasions. During this time, Pakistan PM Shahbaz Sharif was seen standing on the side and in the viral video it can be clearly seen that PM Modi and Putin moved forward immersed in deep conversation, while Sharif just kept watching.

Pakistani PM was ignored

It was not enough for PM Modi to ignore Sharif in the summit, rather in his speech he also raised the issue of terrorism loudly. He said that the terrorist attack in Pahalgam of Jammu and Kashmir was not only an attack on the soul of India but is a challenge for the entire humanity.

PM Modi has appealed to the SCO countries to abandon double standards and work together against terrorism. This statement was given in the presence of Sharif, which made the message even more sharp.

Turkey's President gets a pat on the back

PM Modi also showed warmth towards Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. He shook hands with him and patted his back. This scene was quite special because Turkey often stands in support of Pakistan and has differences with India.

At the same time, PM Modi's conversation with Chinese President Xi Jinping was also full of laughter and fun. Amidst America's heavy tariff policy, these meetings gave the message that India is ahead in strengthening relations with big players.

India's words got importance

India's views also found importance in the Tianjin Declaration issued at the end of the summit. In this, the Pahalgam attack on 22 April was strongly condemned and condolences were expressed to the victim families.
