Hariyali Amavasya, Sawan Somavar, Hariyali Teej, Sawan Shivratri, Sawan Pradosh Vrat, Nag Panchami and Rakshabandhan are prominent among them. Apart from this, many major fasts and festivals including Putrada and Kamika Ekadashi, Pradosh Vrat, Kalashtami will be celebrated in the month of Sawan. Fast-festival list (Sawan 2025 festival list)
- The month of Sawan will begin on July 11. This month is dedicated to Mahadev, the God of Gods.
- July 14 is the first Monday of the month of Sawan and Sankashti Chaturthi.
- Mangala Gauri Vrat is on July 15. Goddess Parvati is worshiped on this auspicious occasion.
- Cancer Sankranti is on July 16. On this day, Sun God will change the zodiac sign.
- July 17th is Kalashtami and monthly Krishna Janmashtami.
- Monthly Karthigai is on 20th July.
- July 21 is Kamika Ekadashi and the second Monday of the month of Sawan. Lord Shiva will be worshipped on this day. Also, Sawan Monday fast will be observed.
- The second Mangala Gauri fast and Bhaum Pradosh fast of the month of Sawan is on 22nd July.
- Sawan Shivratri is on 23rd July.
- Hariyali and Sawan Amavasya is on 24th July. Lord Shiva will be worshipped on this day. Along with this, Tarpan and Pinddaan will be done for the ancestors.
- Hariyali Teej is on 27th July.
- On 28th July, there is Monday fast and Vinayak Chaturthi of the month of Savan.

- 04 August is the last Monday of the month of Savan.
- The last Mangala Gauri fast of the month of Sawan is on 05 August.
- Putrada Ekadashi date is on 05 August. This festival is considered to be dedicated to Lord Vishnu.
- The last Pradosh fast of the month of Sawan is on 06 August.
- On August 8, there is Varalakshmi fast in the month of Savan.
- Sawan Purnima is on 09 August. Rakhi festival will be celebrated on this day.
