News Topical, Digital Desk : Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary has assumed charge of the Home Department. His first reaction has come to light. He said, "The BJP's leadership and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's guidance have given me the opportunity to serve as the state's Home Minister. I assure the people of Bihar that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, we will continue to ensure the establishment of good governance in Bihar." He also stated sternly that criminals will be in trouble in Bihar and will have to leave.

He further said, "CM Nitish Kumar has consistently established good governance in Bihar, and under his leadership and guidance, good governance will always prevail. There is good governance in Bihar. Law and order is strict here. Good governance has consistently ended anarchy and eradicated jungle raj. That system will be fully established, but I must say that Bihar is not for criminals. Criminals will have to leave here."

Samrat Chaudhary has a big responsibility in the division of departments.

The NDA government has been formed in Bihar with a landslide majority. On Friday (November 21st), a day after the swearing-in of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and his ministers, the portfolios were allocated to the ministers. In the new NDA government, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar no longer holds the crucial responsibility of the Home Department. In the new cabinet, the Home Department has been assigned to Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary, a position Nitish Kumar previously held.

26 ministers were sworn in on November 20

Samrat Chaudhary, a BJP member, will now oversee law and order and internal security in the Nitish Kumar-led NDA government. On Thursday (November 20), Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and 26 other ministers were sworn in. The NDA performed resoundingly well in the Bihar Assembly elections, winning 202 seats, while the Grand Alliance secured only 35.
