Method of worship

On the day of Paush Purnima, wake up before sunrise in the morning and take a bath in the water of the holy river.
After this, offer water to the Sun God and chant the mantra Om Ghriniah Suryay Namah.

After this, call a Pandit and get the Satyanarayan Katha narrated and also invite the people nearby.
