News Topical, Digital Desk : Pakistan has launched another airstrike in Afghanistan. Six people, including several children, were killed and 12 injured in the attacks in Kabul and Nangarhar. Pakistan bombed and destroyed the fuel storage of private airline Kam Air near Kandahar airport. The attacks took place on the night of Thursday and Friday.

Afghanistan has retaliated, targeting a Pakistani military base in Kohat. Pakistan's latest attack on Afghanistan comes amid China's peace efforts.

Mursaleen, 35, whose family lives on the outskirts of Kabul, was affected by the attack. His sister and two children were injured, and their house was badly damaged.

The Taliban said the oil depot attacked fueled Afghan aircraft as well as United Nations aircraft. Fighting between the two countries had been halted for a week due to China's peacekeeping efforts.

Chinese President Xi Jinping has sent messages to the leadership of Pakistan and Afghanistan urging them to stop the fighting. The two countries share a 2,600-kilometer border, which is disputed at several locations.

Afghanistan does not recognize the Durand Line, a line demarcated by the British, and complains of discrimination in the division of territory. The latest fighting is fueled by terrorist attacks in Pakistan by the radical Pakistani Taliban.

Pakistan blames Afghanistan for these attacks, while Afghanistan attributes these attacks to the discontent of the people living in Pakistan, which keeps erupting from time to time.

Afghanistan considers terrorist attacks in Pakistan an internal matter and blames Pakistan's weak law and order situation for them. Pakistani attacks on Afghanistan have been occurring intermittently for the past several months.

In February, Pakistan launched repeated attacks on several Afghan cities, including Kabul, over several days. The Pakistani attacks killed 56 people and injured 128 in Afghanistan.
