Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has made a significant statement on the NEET-UG issue, which has been creating a lot of buzz in the whole country for the past several days. He said that teachers in whose hands the system of the exam was considered safe, were the ones who betrayed and tarnished the sanctity of the exam. For the first time since the NEET exam re-examination, which concluded without any problems on Sunday, the Education Minister while talking openly about the issue said that NTA had given a very important responsibility to teachers, but some among them betrayed this trust. We are not the first ones in history to have such an incident, but we are working to repair the system, Pradhan said, regretting the incident during the first exam on May 3, after which the exam had to be canceled.
Rahul Gandhi accused of ‘cheap politics’ The Union Minister has also reacted to the charges levied by opposition leaders. In his statement to Rahul Gandhi, Pradhan said that while the students prepared for the re- examination, some even more than 22 lakh children across the country got the same information and the ‘cheap politics’ in the name of which many trying to create unrest in the country with cheap rhetoric. Education Minister says that rather than suggesting good things to mend the system, Rahul Gandhi tried to create anxiety among the students and threw the system into disorder.

He said that those people who have been refused entry by the people by voting, have once again resurfaced under new banners and are attacking the national institutions and chanting slogans in favour of the country’s separators. However, it is to be noted that the re-examination of the NEET exam has concluded successfully without any hitch even on Sunday and the Education minister further reiterated saying that some groups are politicizing on Jantar Mantar and playing games to destroy the system.
