How to make Potato-Cabbage Salad

Ingredients - Potatoes (boiled and cut into squares), cauliflower (boiled and cut into small pieces), cumin seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt to taste

How to make salad

  • First of all, boil two potatoes and cut them into square pieces.
  • Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and leave it in hot water for some time so that it becomes a little soft. Do not boil it in a cooker otherwise its texture will change.
  • Now heat oil in a pan. Add tempering of  cumin and mustard seeds in it.
  • After this add turmeric powder, red chili powder and coriander powder to it. Add some water and mix everything. 
  • Now add boiled potatoes and boiled cauliflower to it.
  • If you want, you can also add boiled chickpeas or peas to it. To make it a little more healthy, add peanuts to it. Also add chopped coriander, lemon juice, black salt and black pepper on top. 
  • Tasty potato-cauliflower salad is ready, serve it hot and lose weight fast.
