
News Topical, Digital Desk : North Korean leader Kim Jong Un arrived in Beijing on Tuesday by a special armored train to attend the military parade during the Chinese Victory Day celebrations. He will take part in it along with his Chinese and Russian counterparts.
The event is believed to be a demonstration of trilateral unity against the US. Kim and Russian President Vladimir Putin are among the 26 world leaders who will join Chinese President Xi Jinping in the grand military parade in Beijing on Wednesday.
In this, the Chinese army can display its most modern weapons. Chinese military officials have said that most of the weapons and equipment in the parade will be displayed in front of the public for the first time. This parade is being organized to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II and China's fight against Japan's wartime aggression.

This will be the first time Kim will attend a major multilateral event during his 14-year rule. This will be the first time that Kim, Xi and Putin, America's main rival, will appear together. None of the three countries have confirmed the private trilateral leaders' meeting.
