Trump praised Vivek Ramaswamy's intelligence, strength, and commitment to conservative values, saying, “Vivek is a young, strong, and intelligent leader who truly loves our country.” In fact, Vivek Ramaswamy frequently praises Trump. He is now running for Ohio governor. President Trump has endorsed him. Trump expressed full confidence in his leadership abilities and called him a "special" candidate.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump said, "Vivek Ramaswami is running for Governor of the great state of Ohio, a place I love and where I won three landslide victories in 2016, 2020, and 2024. I know Vivek well, having competed against him, and he is truly special. He is young, strong, and smart. Vivek is also a very good man who truly loves our country.

As your next Governor, Vivek will fight tirelessly to grow the economy, cut taxes and regulations, promote Made in the USA, advance American energy dominance, secure our most secure border ever, stop immigrant crime, strengthen our military/veterans, ensure law and order, promote election integrity, and protect our always-under-siege Second Amendment.”

Ramaswamy would be a great governor of Ohio

Trump further said that Vivek Ramaswamy will be a great governor of Ohio, and he has my full support – he will never let you down. Responding to the endorsement, Ramaswamy thanked Trump and expressed hope for his campaign. "Thank you, President Trump! Let's make Ohio greater than ever," Ramaswamy said in a post on X.

According to The Hill, Ramaswamy said on November 5 that if Republicans want to win future elections, they should prioritize messages of affordability and avoid talking about "identity politics."

Warning after defeat

Ramaswamy, a biotech engineer and former presidential candidate, explained what he called two key takeaways for Republicans after Democrats swept key polls across the country on election night. "We suffered crushing defeats in New Jersey, Virginia, and New York City. Democrats won all three seats. There are two important lessons for Republicans. Listen carefully," the conservative media expert said in a video posted on X.

Ramaswamy on Wednesday issued a stern warning to the Republican Party after the Democrats' landslide victory in key elections in the United States. Speaking on X, Ramaswamy called the results a warning and urged the party to refocus on economic issues and abandon identity politics.
