Along with this, the court has also rejected Kejriwal's interim bail petition. ⁠The High Court has asked him to go to the lower court for bail.

Justice Neena Bansal Krishna had dismissed Kejriwal's plea challenging his arrest by the CBI and said that it cannot be said that it was done without any reasonable cause. The High Court had also disposed of the bail plea of ​​Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Kejriwal and gave him liberty to approach the lower court for relief.
