Definitely do this work
- After taking bath and meditation in the morning, take a vow to fast.
- Always choose a clean place to prepare puja prasad.
- Include kheer made from jaggery, rice and milk, puri and thekua etc. in the prasad.
- Offer this Prasad to Chhathi Maiya and then the fasting person should consume it.
Do not do this work even by mistake
- Do not use ordinary salt in the fast prasad even by mistake, always use rock salt for this.
- Do not touch any material used in the puja with dirty or unclean hands.
- If you accidentally touch any puja material with dirty or unclean hands, then do not use it in the puja.
- While preparing Prasad, take full care of purity and cleanliness.
- Kharna Prasad should be completely Satvik.
