Standalone Outperformance Beats Street Estimates as Services Portfolio Delivers Solid Gains

On a standalone basis, M&M outperformed consensus street projections, reporting a 27.1 percent top-line increase to ₹42,477 crore, comfortably outpacing CNBC-TV18 market estimates of ₹42,110 crore, while standalone net profit grew 12.9 percent to ₹5,102 crore to beat the expected ₹4,757 crore mark. Balancing the agricultural headwinds, the conglomerate's services portfolio generated an 18 percent rise in consolidated revenue to ₹11,821 crore and an 18 percent increase in attributable net profit to ₹1,147 crore.
