News Topical, Digital Desk : BJP workers forced a 72-year-old Congress leader, who shared a controversial post about PM Narendra Modi , to wear a saree. The video is rapidly going viral on social media. BJP workers became enraged after Congress leader Prakash, also known as Mama Pagare, shared an allegedly derogatory image of the PM. On Tuesday (September 23), BJP workers approached Mama Pagare, made a video of him wearing a saree.

After this, Mama Pagare's reaction also came to light. He said, “I had only forwarded the post. Yesterday I got a call at 4:30-5 pm asking where I was? They wanted to meet me. I said I will meet tomorrow, not today. Today I told them that I am in the hospital. They told me that we should come to the hospital, it is a matter of two minutes. I was coming down from the hospital. The BJP district president and 10-12 people caught me. They asked me, do you have the guts to post against Modi ji?”

The Congress leader further said, "I asked what happened, I had just forwarded it. He told me not to act further or else we will take action. I said do whatever you want but what you are doing is wrong. I am a true Congress worker. I will not step back till my death."

Mama Pagare also said, "I am still not well. I am 72 years old. I am deeply shocked. I will continue to fight for the Congress until my death. Action should be taken against them under the Atrocity Act. They have insulted my entire community."
