Bhadohi: Tragic accident in carpet company, 3 workers died, chaos ensued:

News Topical, Digital Desk : A tragic accident occurred today at a major carpet company in Bhadohi district, killing three workers on the spot and injuring another. The incident occurred at the Surya Carpet Company's dyeing plant in Ugapur Market, under the Aurai Kotwali police station area.

According to reports, the accident occurred at around 9 a.m. while repairing a motor or performing other work in the company's washing water sewage tank. It is reported that one worker fell into the tank first, and three others also jumped into the tank in an attempt to rescue him. According to officials, a toxic gas leak inside the tank caused all four workers to be affected.

There was chaos and confusion in the entire area.

Three workers, Shitala Mishra, Shivam Dubey, and Ram Surat, died on the spot, while another worker fell unconscious in a near-death condition. This tragic accident at a major carpet company in the district caused chaos and panic throughout the area.

Upon receiving information about the accident, Superintendent of Police (SP) Abhimanyu Manglik and District Magistrate (DM) Shailesh Kumar immediately arrived at the scene and assessed the situation. Police have taken possession of the three bodies and sent them for post-mortem examination and have initiated further legal proceedings.

Instructions given to submit the report soon

District Magistrate Shailesh Kumar, considering the seriousness of the incident, has ordered a magisterial inquiry into the entire matter. He stated that further legal action will be taken after the investigation report is received. Furthermore, the Labor Department has been directed to conduct a separate investigation and submit a report soon.

Superintendent of Police Abhimanyu Manglik said that an FIR is being registered on the basis of the complaint received from the family members of the deceased and the matter is being investigated thoroughly to find out the reasons for the negligence.
