News Topical, Digital Desk : The Karnataka High Court heard the petition filed by the management of the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA). In this petition, a demand was made to cancel the FIR registered in connection with the stampede incident at Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. The hearing of this case will now be held on June 16. 

 

According to Bar and Bench, the court said, "No action shall be taken against the management of the Karnataka State Cricket Association till the next date of hearing, provided they cooperate in the investigation."

 

RCB's Nikhil Sosle arrested

The Karnataka High Court heard the petition of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) marketing and revenue head Nikhil Sosale, in which he has challenged his arrest. The Attorney General said that this morning the accused Nikhil was detained while going to Dubai. He said that let the investigation continue. Arrest will be made only when necessary.
