Lucknow. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given instructions to make solid arrangements at every level in view of the increasing outbreak of scorching heat and heat wave in the state. The Chief Minister has clearly said that there should not be unnecessary power cuts anywhere, be it village or city. Problems like burning of transformer, falling of wire, tripping should be resolved without delay. A situation of dispute should not arise anywhere, if this happens then senior officers should immediately reach the spot themselves. He has also directed to issue a daily bulletin of weather forecast from the level of Relief Commissioner's Office.CM Yogi has clearly said that drinking water stalls should be set up at public places in all the municipal bodies and rural areas. Drinking water should be arranged at various places in the market and on the main roads. The cooperation of social and religious organizations should also be taken in this work. Water should be sprinkled on the roads regularly.

Supply should be ensured through tankers in areas affected by water shortage. Heat-wave action plan should be effectively implemented in all zoological parks and sanctuaries to protect livestock and wildlife during the scorching heat.

Advice given to pay special attention to cleanliness  

There should be proper arrangements of green fodder, bran and water in the cow shelters. Continue the process of vaccination of animals before the rains. The Chief Minister has also advised to pay special attention to cleanliness. He said, special attention should be paid to all religious places including Ayodhya, Kashi, Mathura. In view of Bada Mangal, ensure cleanliness, traffic and other arrangements in Lucknow.

Make people aware to protect themselves from heatwave

He said that people should be made aware of the symptoms of heat wave and its prevention. In case of illness, everyone should be provided immediate medical facility. People affected by heat wave should be treated in hospitals and medical colleges. People should be made aware to keep water and grains in small pots for birds.
