Yogi Adityanath: Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi has been in the news for his statements during his US tour. BJP is very upset with his statements on reservation in India and Sikhs and is attacking him fiercely. UP CM Yogi Adityanath also targeted Rahul Gandhi and said that he is dividing the country only for political gains.

CM Yogi Adityanath said on Rahul Gandhi's statement that "How will those who instigate fights in the name of caste, create social animosity in the name of social justice, and encourage the enemies of the country, understand the pain of poverty?" He said that it would be a mistake to expect those who spread exploitation and anarchy, who have not seen poverty, to understand the pain.

Taking aim at Rahul Gandhi's statement

CM Yogi accused Rahul Gandhi of trying to divide the country for political gain. He said that he does not have time to understand the pain because he has a different agenda, his only aim is to divide the society for political gain. If the poor remain uneducated, their animosity will continue. There were governments before as well. But why couldn't work be done for the poor and the workers?

Since the Lok Sabha elections, Rahul Gandhi has been speaking out on the issue of caste census and reservation. While on a US tour, Rahul Gandhi addressed the people of Indian origin in Virginia and said that first of all you have to understand what the fight is about. The fight is about whether... as a Sikh, he will be allowed to wear a turban in India or as a Sikh, he will be allowed to wear a Kada in India... or whether a Sikh will be able to go to the Gurudwara. In real terms, the fight is about this and not just for them, but for all religions.
