The list further states that "As per the provisions of the Insider Trading Prohibition Rules of the Company, the trading window for transactions in the securities of the Company for all nominated persons will remain closed from Thursday, September 26, 2024 till 48 hours after the announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2024." Earlier, the company had announced a dividend of Rs 20, for which the record date was fixed as September 10. On August 02, 2024, the company had announced a dividend of Rs 4 on August 02, 2024 and Rs 11 on May 24, 2024. This will be the fourth dividend given by the company.
