IPO Market: This year, there has been a boom in the IPO market. One after the other, many small and big companies have entered the stock market. Most of these have given good returns to the investors. Now after a short break of Diwali, the IPO market has started to stir once again. Many big companies from different sectors like Swiggy, NTPC Green Energy and Mobikwik are gearing up to enter the market. All of them have already got SEBI's approval. Their entry is going to happen in the first week of November. Let's take a look at the big IPOs coming next month. 

Swiggy

The IPO of this food delivery platform may open for subscription on November 6. Swiggy's IPO will be around Rs 11,800 crore. There will also be an offer for sale. Many quick commerce companies including Zomato will keep an eye on this IPO. Zomato has also started preparations to raise funds. However, for this it can use the QIP route. 

NTPC Green Energy

It is the country's largest public sector renewable energy company. NTPC Green Energy's portfolio currently stands at 14,696 MW. Apart from this, the company is developing projects of 10,975 MW of solar and wind energy. 

Acme Solar Holdings

This renewable energy company runs only solar power projects. It does engineering, procurement, construction, operations and maintenance on its own. Acme Solar Holdings generates revenue by selling electricity to the central and state governments. 

Niva Bupa Health Insurance

This health insurance company holds 16.24 percent market share. Its gross direct premium in the financial year 2023-24 was Rs 5,499 crore. The company has attracted customers by providing digital services. Niva Bupa is going to be the second health insurance company to bring an IPO after Star Health. 

One Mobikwik Systems

This company was founded by Bipin Preet Singh and Upasana Taku. It provides services like QR, EDC machine and merchant cash advance. Its subsidiary Zaakpay provides payment gateway service for e-commerce companies. 

Sagility India

This company was formed in Bengaluru in 2021. It provides claims management, clinical services and revenue cycle management services for healthcare companies. 

Zinka Logistics

This company provides various services to truck operators. This includes payment management, telematics and vehicle financing services. The company has disbursed 4,035 loans worth Rs 196.79 crore till March 2024.
