Bomb Threat Lucknow Hotel: After Gujarat, now several hotels in Uttar Pradesh's capital Lucknow have received bomb threats. The threat of bombing the hotels has been given through mail. Around ten hotels in the capital have been threatened to be blown up through mail. After receiving the threat, the police has been alerted and the matter is being investigated.
The hotels in the capital which have received the mail of flying away include Hotel Marriott, Sarka Hotel, Pakadiya Hotel, Comfort Hotel Vista, Fortune Hotel, Lemontree Hotel, Clark Avadh Hotel and Dayal Gateway Hotel. After receiving the mail, the owners of these hotels informed the police about it. After this, the police became alert and security has been increased outside the hotels. However, this is not the first incident. Earlier, a similar case had come to light on Saturday as well.
Threats were also received in Rajkot
At least 10 hotels in Rajkot, Gujarat received bomb threats. The police swung into action after receiving this information and started extensive security measures. All these threats were received via email. The authorities deployed bomb squads and dog squads to conduct a thorough investigation at all the affected places.
The hotels in Rajkot that received threats included Imperial Palace, Grand Regency, Sayaji Hotel and Hotel Seasons. The police are on high alert regarding this matter. Along with this, investigation is going on as to where these threatening emails have come from. The email sent by a user named "Kan Din" gave a strict warning, "I have placed bombs in every place in your hotel. Many people will lose their lives today, hurry up and vacate the hotel."
For the past few days, cases of bomb threats are increasing continuously. According to some media reports, more than 150 flights have received such threats in the last 10 days.
