3. Sleeping immediately after breakfast: After waking up in the morning, you eat breakfast and then go to sleep after breakfast. This ruins your health. Sleeping after having a heavy breakfast weakens your digestive system. Which affects your health a lot. Sleeping immediately after having breakfast has a bad effect on health. By doing this, your body keeps feeling tired.
