The company's stock closed at 471.95 with a decline of half a percent on Monday. At the same time, R Systems said in the information sent to the stock market that its board meeting is to be held on Friday, November 8. According to the company, in this meeting, the second interim dividend for the financial year ending on December 31, 2024 will be considered for the investors. According to the company, if the board approves the decision of dividend, then Tuesday 19 November 2024 will be the record date for payment of dividend. In Monday's trade, the company's stock closed at 482.55 on BSE with a decline of 2.19 percent.
