(Gonda).  In Gonda, UP, student Shweta Shukla was murdered by slitting her throat in the courtyard of her house. She had come from her aunt's house ten days ago. She was murdered on Monday night. Police have started investigating the incident. The reason for the murder is not yet clear. The deceased's maternal grandfather Brij Bihari Mishra and father Rajesh Shukla have given separate statements. Police is currently questioning the relatives in the case.

According to the information, Shweta Shukla's father Rajesh Shukla has married three times. The deceased's mother has already died. She used to study while staying at her aunt's house in the district headquarters and had passed the intermediate examination this year.


Shweta was murdered by slitting her throat

The deceased's maternal grandfather Brij Bihari Mishra said that Shweta Shukla was taken away from her aunt's house by her father Rajesh ten days ago. She was murdered by slitting her throat on Monday night. The father has accused his brothers of murdering her due to land dispute. At present, the police is investigating both the FIRs.

Police is investigating

There is no one at home except the deceased's stepmother Kiran Shukla. Police force has been deployed to maintain peace. SHO Sunil Singh said that on the basis of the investigation done so far, a case is being filed on the complaint of the deceased's maternal grandfather.

SP Vineet Jaiswal told that  The family and villagers were questioned in the case of the student's death. A team has been formed to uncover the incident. The incident will be revealed soon.
