New Delhi: Whenever a singer performs on stage, often such things happen to him which he might not have even imagined. Sometimes someone throws a shoe at him from the crowd, and sometimes someone climbs on the stage without permission.

Something similar has happened recently with Bollywood's great singer Sonu Nigam. A video of him is rapidly going viral on the internet, where he is seen running away from a person on stage and the bodyguard present there is beating that young man hard in front of the singer's eyes. What is the whole matter and why are people bursting out in anger, let's find out.

Sonu Nigam suddenly ran on the stage after seeing a man

This video of 51-year-old singer Sonu Nigam was shared by one of his fan clubs on Instagram two days ago, which is now going viral. In this video, a man dressed in white can be seen staggering towards Sonu Nigam and bowing towards his feet.

Seeing that young man approaching, the singer starts running, then suddenly a person wearing coat-pant comes in between and slaps the person coming towards Sonu Nigam and catches him. Three-four bodyguards beat that person and drag him off the stage, right in front of the singer's eyes, but Sonu Nigam continues his song. Even when the person was being beaten, Sonu Nigam was still performing for the audience.

People got angry on social media because of this

After this video went viral, users on social media are expressing different reactions. Some fans are liking his professionalism, while some are not happy with Sonu Nigam's statement. They say that even after seeing a person getting beaten up in front of his eyes, the singer is not taking any action. One user wrote, "Brother, he just wanted to touch your feet, you should not have beaten him".

Another user wrote, "Project Karna to fans like this is no joke. Sonu Nigam is definitely a great singer but what is wrong is wrong. He could have told his staff not to hit her. He could have kept singing his songs and allowed physical abuse to happen. He could have thrown her out of the stage... what was the need to hit her."
