The company said in the exchange filing that there has been a huge decline in its profit and earnings. The company's profit has come down from Rs 491.3 crore to Rs 93.1 crore on an annual basis.

Talking about the earnings, it has come down from Rs 4,585 crore to Rs 3,727 crore. Talking about the company's EBITDA, it has come down from Rs 870 crore to Rs 592.6 crore. The EBITDA margin has come down from 19% to 15.9%.

The company said in the exchange filing that the profit on an annual basis has come down from Rs 101.3 crore to Rs 25.6 crore. Talking about the earnings, there has been a decline in it. The company's earnings have come down from Rs 2,329.3 crore to Rs 2,038.2 crore. The company's EBITDA has come down from Rs 398.6 crore to Rs 312.2 crore. The EBITDA margin has come down to 15.3%. The company sold stake Two weeks ago, after selling stake worth Rs 326 crore to promoter group companies through open market transactions, Ramco Cements Limited had exited the subsidiary Ramco Industries Limited. These buyers included Ramco Management and Rajapalayam Mills. According to block deal data on the National Stock Exchange, Ramco Cements sold its entire 1.4 crore shares, which is equivalent to 16.23% stake, at Rs 232.05 per share. Ramco Management and Rajapalayam Mills bought 12.32% and 3.9% stake respectively at a price of Rs 232.05 per share. As of September 30, Ramco Cements held 16.23% stake in the company, while Rajapalayam Mills held 9.68% stake and Ramco Management held 2.19% stake.
