Realty firm Prestige Estates will launch housing projects worth Rs 52,000 crore by March 2025. According to PTI, the company is planning to launch projects worth Rs 52,000 crore by March next year to capitalise on the growing demand for housing projects. In its latest investor presentation, Prestige Estates said that the company plans to launch several projects in an area of ​​more than 53 million square feet in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Goa and Delhi-NCR, with a total sales booking value of Rs 52,114 crore.

Target of sales booking of Rs 24,000 crore

According to a transcript of the conference call with analysts, Prestige Estates CMD Irfan Razak expressed confidence that the company will be able to meet its target of sales booking of Rs 24,000 crore for this financial year. Record sales of Rs 21,040 crore Prestige Estates recorded record sales bookings of Rs 21,040 crore during the financial year 2023-24. Prestige Estates recorded sales of Rs 4,022.6 crore in the September quarter as against Rs 7,092.6 crore in the same quarter a year ago. The company's sales bookings during the April-September period declined to Rs 7,052.2 crore as against Rs 11,007.3 crore in the same period last year.
