Moradabd News: In Moradabad, there was a ruckus between two parties over a minor issue between children. Stone pelting started from both sides, which increased the tension in the area. As soon as the information of the incident was received, top police officials reached the spot with a heavy police force. The police controlled the situation and detained 5 people from the spot, after which the matter calmed down. The incident is from Katghar police station area.

In Moradabad, adults clashed over a dispute between children. They attacked each other with sticks and then started pelting stones. Since the matter was between two different communities, the police immediately swung into action. The entire area was turned into a cantonment. More than 5 people who pelted stones have been detained by the police. The incident took place in Veer Shah Hazari, a mixed population area in Katghar police station area. On Saturday night, while Ravana Dahan was taking place in Dussehra fairs in the city, a clash broke out between two groups in Veer Shah Hazari.

Complaint filed by both the sides:
Children of two different communities clashed with each other. When they started fighting, the elders also came to the field and within no time a riot broke out. People of both the communities started pelting stones at each other's houses. They picked up stones lying near the railway line and pelted them at each other's houses. A youth was injured in this incident. The windows of two cars parked outside the house were broken in the stone pelting. On receiving information about the riot, the police reached the spot and dispersed the crowd by lathi charge. On the arrival of the police, each accused the other of molesting the women of the house. All the people making allegations reached Katghar police station and filed a complaint against each other.

Since the matter is between two communities, a heavy police force has been deployed on the spot. SP City Ranvijay Singh said that around 9 o'clock in the night, there was an altercation between two parties in Gulab Bari area over some issue. There are stones lying around the railway track, so there was heavy stone pelting from both sides. We immediately reached there and detained some people on the spot. The accused are also being searched from CCTV footage. Peace and order prevails on the spot.
