Sonam spoke on working mothers

Sonam Kapoor was asked if mom guilt is a real thing. And can you truly prepare yourself for motherhood? In response to this, the actress said, 'No one can be prepared for motherhood. You may be a stay-at-home mother or a working mother. Everyone goes through mom guilt. Whether you are washing clothes at home, working in the kitchen, or doing an interview with someone, that guilt is always there inside you.

Sonam Kapoor also talked about working mothers. Breaking the stereotype about working mothers, Sonam said, 'The biggest perception about working mothers is that people think that we do not care about our children and we care more about our work. This is not true. We care so much about our children that we feel like working.

How has motherhood changed life?

We also asked Sonam what positive changes have happened in her life after becoming a mother. On this, she said, 'After becoming a mother, there has been a positive change in my life that now I feel more like myself. I was pushed to a point where I had to accept myself because my entire body changed. My thinking changed and I thought that if I don't accept myself now, who I am, what I am, and how my body has changed, then I will never be able to accept myself. This is the time for me to understand otherwise I will reach a very bad place. So I had to learn to be okay with myself, who I am, and where I am in my life.
