Puri Chandan Yatra: A major accident occurred on Wednesday during the Chandan Yatra of Lord Jagannath in Puri. During this, many devotees were burnt due to the explosion of firecrackers. Police have said that all the injured have been admitted to the District Headquarters Hospital. The condition of some of these patients remains critical.

He said that the state government will also bear the expenses of the injured from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.
