Kushinagar News Today: The controversy over the construction of Madni Masjid located in Hata Nagar of Hata Kotwali police station area of Kushinagar district is not taking the name of stopping. Allegations are being made of construction of Madni Masjid by allegedly encroaching on government land.
Considering the sensitivity of the matter, police force of many police stations including SDM is deployed in the mosque premises. So that any untoward incident can be dealt with in time. Alleging alleged illegal encroachment, a complaint was made to the Chief Minister regarding the construction of the mosque. After this, the land of Madni Masjid is being measured.
Hindu leader Rambadan Singh met Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and complained against the construction of Madni Masjid. After which the administration took the matter seriously and started the process of measuring the mosque.
Illegal encroachment on land?
The mosque is accused of being built by illegally encroaching on police post, Nazul land and municipal land. Taking action in this matter, the administration has deployed SDM and police force of many police stations in the mosque premises so that any emergency situation can be dealt with. The Muslim side was also present during the measurement.
This dispute has made the local atmosphere tense, but the administration has made strict security arrangements so that any kind of untoward incident can be avoided. This issue has now turned into a serious political and religious dispute in Hata Nagar. The police administration is keeping an eye on the incident to avoid any kind of untoward incident during the measurement of the mosque.
It is worth noting that this matter came to light when Hindu leader Rambadan Singh met Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and raised objections to this construction. He alleged that the mosque was being constructed illegally on government land. The administration started an investigation after the Chief Minister's complaint and now the process of measurement is going on.
