'I spent my childhood with him', Dharmendra was heartbroken by Manoj Kumar's death, the actor arrived to pay his last respects

Bollywood has suffered a big loss on Friday morning. Veteran Hindi cinema actor Manoj Kumar has passed away. Many people associated with the film industry are paying tribute to him through social media. Not only this, celebs are reaching his house to pay their last respects. Now Manoj Kumar's contemporary actor and close friend Dharmendra reached his house. Where he expressed grief over the death of the veteran actor.

Manoj Kumar breathed his last at the age of 87 in Mumbai's Kokilaben Hospital on the morning of April 4. Now a video of Dharmendra has surfaced, in which he is seen visiting Manoj Kumar's house to pay his last respects. Let us tell you that Manoj Kumar considered Dharmendra as his elder brother. In the video, the grief of the death of his close friend is clearly visible on Dharmendra's face.

What did Dharmendra say about Manoj Kumar?

Veteran actor Dharmendra spoke to ANI after coming out of Manoj Kumar's house. Expressing grief over the demise of his friend, he said, 'There are many things, because we have spent our childhood together in the film industry.' The video of Dharmendra reaching the house of the actor popularly known as Bharat Kumar is becoming increasingly viral on social media. 

Manoj Kumar's film career lasted for four decades, but he worked less than other actors of his time. In an old interview about this, the actor had said, 'I am not a greedy actor at all. While Dharmendra and Shashi Kapoor did more than 300 films, I have barely done around 35 films in my career.'

When will Manoj Kumar's last rites be performed?

Actor Manoj Kumar's last rites will be performed tomorrow at 12 noon at Pawan Hans in Mumbai. Before this, people associated with cinema are continuously arriving to have the last glimpse of his mortal remains.
